Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the rollout of Edify Academy across LATAM, including onboarding setup for new and operational countries.
  • •Lead curriculum and assessment updates, improving lesson quality, course flow, and higher-level learning outcomes.
  • •Ensure teacher engagement by reviewing completion rates and module/course scores and troubleshooting with Program Coordinators.
  • •Train and manage Program Coordinators using provided documentation/protocols, including weekly review meetings and coordinator touchpoints.
  • •Synthesize key learning and accomplishments quarterly and support other regional teacher training programs after Academy is established.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in curriculum development, including integrating a biblical worldview into learning experiences.
  • •Experience delivering online courses, with knowledge of TalentLMS (preferred).
  • •Understanding of how to use artificial intelligence to enhance learning.
  • •Classroom experience and a strong understanding of teachers’ needs and challenges.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent writing and cross-cultural communication skills.
