Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead commercial partnerships and distribution strategy aligned with organizational objectives and Vision 2030.
  • •Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships; oversee partner lifecycle and commercial agreements/contracting.
  • •Lead development and optimization of B2B and B2C distribution channels, including GDS connectivity and channel pricing/inventory/commission policies.
  • •Manage commercial revenue and performance, including dashboards, pipeline governance, benchmarking, and revenue risk identification.
  • •Lead and develop the Partnerships and Distribution team; establish responsibilities, performance expectations, training, and a data-driven culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • •Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant discipline (strongly preferred).
  • •Professional certifications in tourism, destination management, or commercial management (e.g., CDME or CTA) are advantageous.
  • •Minimum 12 years of progressive commercial experience within tourism, hospitality, destination management, travel trade, or a related industry.
  • •At least five years of experience in a senior leadership position.
