Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace and Aviation or Mechanical Engineering plus extensive engineering/project management experience, or a Master’s degree with extended experience (including possible promotion-based path).

•Knowledge of helicopter engineering, project management, agile working methods, responsibility, communication, and leadership.
•Experience driving design activities through qualification and approval in complex programs.
•Fluent professional English; German is desirable.
