Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through mid-level roles across multiple communications disciplines.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
•Source, screen, assess, and present top talent while building diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
•Deliver a high-touch “white glove” candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding, maintaining transparent communication throughout interviews.
•Manage candidate activity and requisitions in Greenhouse and support recruiting operations using modern technologies, AI tools, and talent analytics to improve outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Experience recruiting within PR, communications, marketing, advertising, consulting, or professional services (PR agency experience highly desirable).
•Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. markets and talent pools.
•Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and recruiting technologies such as Metaview, Crosschq, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
