Key Responsibilities

  • •Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks/negotiable instruments, and transfers between accounts.
  • •Balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and maintain required balancing records.
  • •Examine documents for endorsements and negotiability, and process cashier’s checks, savings bonds, traveler’s checks, official checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
  • •Provide courteous customer service by resolving client requests/inquiries promptly while maintaining privacy of customer information.
