Key Responsibilities

•Define and curate the product backlog using AI-friendly specifications and align the roadmap with business objectives and opportunities
•Partner with the Head of Product and senior stakeholders to align the product roadmap with business objectives, migration schedules, and technology opportunities
•Lead AI-assisted prototyping and validation to create high-fidelity prototypes for rapid feedback and to de-risk complex features
•Own the Evaluation Pipeline to measure quality, performance, and business impact of AI-driven features and define acceptance criteria for production
•Act as a key architect of the AI-augmented product development lifecycle and identify process improvements (e.g., shift-left security and architecture reviews) to balance velocity with quality and compliance

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager within the financial services industry with a track record of delivering complex, data-intensive enterprise platforms
•Direct experience with decisioning platforms, campaign management systems, or real-time personalization engines
•Strong technical background (e.g., Computer Science degree or engineering experience) and ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, and data models
•AI & ML proficiency with GenAI lifecycles, prompt engineering, and MLOps; awareness of responsible AI considerations
•Modern product practices with strong stakeholder management and ability to articulate a clear vision to senior technical and business stakeholders
