Key Responsibilities

  • •Own 360-degree commercial, relational, and operational responsibility for a select portfolio of technology alliances, including health and growth.
  • •Build joint business plans and partner accountability for the relationship, coordinating with Product Partnerships on graduation, evolution, or wind-down decisions.
  • •Drive field-level co-selling by brokering rep-to-rep introductions, building field enablement, and owning partner-influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • •Design and run joint go-to-market co-marketing programs spanning demand generation, field events, and content, in partnership with the marketing team.
  • •Start as an individual contributor and scale by hiring, coaching, and leading Technology Partner Managers, including defining team operating rhythm (QBRs, planning cadence, reporting).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or channel roles, with a track record driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • •Experience owning the full commercial lifecycle of a technology partnership, including joint business planning, field co-sell, and co-marketing execution.
  • •Proven ability to design and run joint go-to-market programs across demand generation, field events, and content in partnership with a marketing team.
  • •Ability to align stakeholders across executive, management, and field levels and across product, marketing, sales, and partnerships.
  • •Comfort starting as an individual contributor with a personal portfolio and progressing toward hiring and leading a team.
