Key Responsibilities

  • •Support ownership of the Risk Governance Framework and Risk Governance Committee structure.
  • •Support ownership of ILE IRM policies and the Risk Governance Framework, including localized deployment and execution.
  • •Support ownership of the Risk Appetite Framework and ensure adherence through challenge of statements, metrics, limits, and management action plans.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with enterprise teams to ensure ILE input to enterprise risk policies and frameworks is reflected.
  • •Support successful escalation of risks to BRC, Board, and IRMC, and oversee remediation of priority issues, OREs, RAPs, and MAPs.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of leadership experience in risk management, compliance, treasury, controllership, or a similar role.
  • •Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a risk-reward control perspective.
  • •Strong understanding of UK market regulatory requirements and the payments industry.
  • •Experience interacting with regulators and familiarity with the UK regulatory landscape and requirements.
  • •Fluency in English (verbal and written); degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field; FRM/CFA valued.
