Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Python scripts and a front-end user interface to support digitalization and development of projects.
  • •Test and deploy algorithms for project deployment, and share reports with stakeholders.
  • •Support project handoff and timely algorithm deployment, ensuring completion of project deployments.
  • •Understand building hierarchy, point names/tags, and HVAC designs, and document information.
  • •Coordinate standardized digitalized deployment procedures and support configuration/control changes; maintain documentation and support post-deployment handoff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in building or mechanical engineering (or related technical degree) with 2 to 3 years of experience in building automation and HVAC control systems.
  • •In-depth knowledge of building HVAC equipment and familiarity with equipment found in buildings.
  • •Practical experience with DDC (Direct Digital Control), PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), or similar programming in BAS (Building Automation System) and HVAC control.
  • •Familiarity with building management system protocols (asset): BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
  • •Proficiency in Python and other programming languages (asset).
