Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units and match items to turn-in documentation for accuracy.
  • •Update Army logistics systems to reflect receipt and maintain accurate inbound/outbound shipment logs.
  • •Prepare and process outbound shipments, generating and reviewing required shipping documentation.
  • •Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, supply, and other site personnel to schedule, load, dispatch, and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Follow OSHA and company safety procedures and ensure compliance with HAZMAT packaging, labeling, and transportation regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience in a military or contractor environment preferred.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate’s in logistics or supply is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of Army regulations and documentation (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and DTR 4500.9-R.
  • •Proficiency with Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II) and recordkeeping/logs.
  • •Must have a Real ID and be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public Trust) background eligibility.
