Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project execution plan, including critical success factors and key performance indicators for end-user outcomes.
  • •Implement project controls and reporting covering quality, health and safety, compliance, change, risk, and environmental issues.
  • •Establish and maintain project reporting, governance, processes, and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Lead the project team across stakeholders, design consultants and engineers, contractors, and suppliers; manage information flow through meetings, reports, and action tracking.
  • •Oversee procurement (RFP/tender requirements, evaluation, interviews, recommendations), manage permitting/statutory approvals, monitor finances and progress vs. budget, and conduct site inspections to assure safe work practices and quality works.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a construction-related field (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 5 years of construction and project management experience.
  • •Experience on residential projects in Spain from feasibility to successful handover.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft suite tools including Project, Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
