Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full loop from problem understanding and solution definition to architecture, implementation, shipping, and production monitoring.
  • •Build with AI as a primary tool using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate delivery.
  • •Co-design with an AI Pod and the business to define decision logic, risk thresholds, and success metrics.
  • •Build evaluation harnesses and measurement frameworks as part of the architecture before shipping.
  • •Own production with monitoring, alerting, observability, and on-call accountability for what you build.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience shipping production AI systems, including monitoring and fixing what breaks in the real world.
  • •Real fluency with AI coding tools—genuinely fast, not just familiar.
  • •Strong eval instincts: define metrics, build test sets, and avoid shipping until you can measure.
  • •Understanding of agentic architectures including orchestration, multi-step workflows, and fallback/error logic.
  • •Honest communication: flag problems early and give direct feedback.
