Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute performance and resilience testing strategies for complex applications, incorporating chaos engineering principles.
  • •Develop and implement chaos test scenarios using Gremlin and Chaos Monkey to assess application resilience.
  • •Monitor performance and resilience during testing using observability tools to identify bottlenecks and failure points.
  • •Analyze test results and generate detailed reports with resilience metrics and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and drive root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of quality engineering experience, including at least 2 years in application resilience and performance testing.
  • •Advanced performance testing expertise with JMeter and hands-on load/stress testing with HP Load Runner.
  • •Hands-on chaos engineering experience using Gremlin and Chaos Monkey, including designing chaos test scenarios.
  • •Strong observability and resilience design knowledge (e.g., failure injection, circuit breakers, retries) with the ability to diagnose bottlenecks.
  • •Ability to develop custom test scripts, set up test environments, and analyze large datasets/logs to produce actionable results.
