Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Provide a customer-facing experience as the face of Vivint.
  • •Follow strong safety culture by conducting a safety analysis of every home.

Key Requirements
