Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair, service, maintain, and recondition complex precision machine tools and mechanical and hydraulic equipment in the plant.
  • •Receive work assignments and diagnose/recover equipment by identifying trouble areas and efficiently making repairs.
  • •Repair machines using tasks such as making parts, fitting bearings and spindles, scraping ways, metalizing, installing spare parts, and adjusting machines.
  • •Handle rigging, moving, installing, leveling, and adjusting new or relocated machines requiring extreme accuracy.
  • •Work with other crafts workers as required and keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • •Ability to lift up to and including 40 pounds.
