Key Responsibilities

•Support the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of students and promote student wellbeing.
•Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership to create a positive learning environment.
•Provide individual and group counselling, and monitor student welfare and safeguarding practices.
•Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and coordinate with relevant staff on student welfare matters.
•Contribute to a safe school culture by upholding safeguarding policies and liaising with relevant authorities as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology is mandatory.
•Professional counselling certification or license is preferred.
•Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as Psychologists/Student counsellor, preferably within a school or educational setting.
•Strong counselling and interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.
•Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and student welfare practices; UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite.
