Key Responsibilities

•Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before the vehicle is painted.
•Perform buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrushing.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to recondition vehicles.
•Contribute to delivering vehicles on time and work mandatory overtime when needed.
•Apply training programs to progress skills and pay (for entry-level hires).

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
•Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to an MVR check.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment).
