•Lead, mentor, and grow one or more agile software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.
•Shape engineering strategy, influence architectural direction, and translate business needs into execution plans.
•Drive delivery through Agile practices, Scrum/Kanban, and effective project management of dependencies and risks.
•Oversee code quality, testing, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to ensure reliability and security.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, TPMs, and Architects to plan roadmaps and improve delivery metrics.

•Hands-on leadership with strong technical background in Java, Spring / Java EE, RESTful APIs, and experience guiding large-scale software delivery teams.
•Proven ability to architect and deliver enterprise-grade, scalable, and high-performance systems with cloud-native and distributed architectures.
•Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security concepts (authentication, authorization, confidentiality).
•Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular/React) and databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL), plus familiarity with microservices and event-driven designs.
•Excellent communication, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills to align engineering output with business goals.
