Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with recruiting coordination, including applicant screening, scheduling, background and reference checks, offer letters, and relocation as applicable.
  • •Support new-hire orientation, post-offer testing, and benefits enrollment preparation and meetings.
  • •Maintain HR documentation and tracking of employee disciplinary steps; organize HR department records and employee files.
  • •Update ATS and HRIS information for new hires, off-boarding, and employee changes; maintain attendance points logs and prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
  • •Assist with payroll as needed and administer security badges and notifications of personnel changes.

Key Requirements
