Support Lucid’s in-house trade-in program by performing vehicle valuations for Lucid and non-Lucid vehicles, reviewing condition and title history, and providing timely trade-in offers aligned to conversion, inventory needs, and profitability targets. Coordinate trade-in intake through disposition, resolve escalations across Sales and Operations, and analyze auction and EV market trends to improve valuation accuracy, workflow efficiency, and key operational metrics.
