Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product readiness and ongoing management of new consumer debit product offerings within the Asia Pacific Consumer Debit team.
  • •Develop and deliver enablement assets such as product decks, value frameworks, competitive insights, and sales playbooks in partnership with market and business development.
  • •Enhance product propositions by analyzing revenue opportunities, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions to address challenges in the product suite.
  • •Engage regional and in-market stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive operational efficiencies, and address pain points via structured feedback.
  • •Manage end-to-end issuer benefit activation and track program launches and communications to support an efficient sales pipeline, using product performance metrics to inform product strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in product management or program management.
  • •Good understanding of the payments industry and ecosystem, including issuing, digital wallets, and alternative payment methods (APMs).
  • •Demonstrable understanding of financial concepts, including product pricing and business case development.
  • •Be comfortable with technical concepts and able to articulate product details to customers and internal teams.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse markets and cultures.
