Own and lead federal bank examinations for Square Financial Services and affiliated entities, serving as the primary point of contact with regulators during and between exam cycles. Manage high-stakes, multi-workstream examination cycles end-to-end—from First Day Letter through post-exam remediation—while coordinating cross-functionally to keep the organization examination-ready and to secure regulatory approvals as needed.
