Associate Director- Structures

Lead an engineering team for detailed design of building structures, working with WSP USA to deliver drawings, specifications, and reports in line with American standards. Manage project design progress, handle technical calculations and coordination issues, and ensure QA/document control compliance. Supervise and mentor engineers, raise technical competence within the team, support training, and address day-to-day queries to meet deadlines and client obligations.
