Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle structural design work assigned by the WSP USA office with minimal supervision, ensuring delivery to allocated hours and deadlines.
  • •Follow document control and QA processes, issuing and archiving drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence appropriately.
  • •Perform detailed structural design and complex calculations according to relevant American standard codes, including technical review and sign-off coordination with WSP USA.
  • •Supervise team members and manage coordination, reporting design progress, issues, risks, and client changes to the WSP USA office and lead region project managers.
  • •Mentor junior and senior engineers through training and support, and develop technical competence within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in any US state.
  • •Working experience in the US.
  • •15–20 years of experience in structural design.
  • •Proven experience designing building structures and managing large multidisciplinary teams.
