Assistant Store Manager I

Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development in a luxury retail environment. Lead on the sales floor to deliver exceptional service, resolve customer issues, and act as a brand ambassador. Recruit, onboard, and coach team members while supporting omni-channel engagement, clienteling, and customer data acquisition. Oversee operational compliance, scheduling, payroll/HR processes, loss prevention, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
