•Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met while driving continuous improvement.
•Lead electrical systems technical expertise and provide direction on electrical plant and equipment maintenance.
•Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts, KPIs, and quality standards while supporting estate-wide maintenance strategies and improvement plans.
•Act as Duty Holder/Authorised/Responsible/Competent Person as required, manage RAMS and CAFM systems, and participate in an on-call rota for emergency response.

Key Requirements

•Experienced and fully qualified electrical professional with strong leadership capability and a proven background in maintenance or contractor management.
•Hold an 18th Edition Electrical qualification with strong understanding of EICR processes and compliance requirements.
•Knowledge of health and safety legislation including COSHH and RIDDOR and a full UK driving licence.
•Be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC) and demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
•Experience in MOD or secure environments is desirable, as is knowledge of lightning protection and cathodic protection systems; first aid/H&S qualifications and membership of a professional body are advantageous.
