Job Summary

Direct and coordinate integrated lab test operations from pre-test preparation through execution, owning test sequencing, anomaly response, and troubleshooting. Set up and validate test cases using lab equipment and simulation environments, and partner with aircraft systems engineers to develop test plans and procedures. Integrate new lab capabilities, develop design verification procedures, and feed findings back to system and software teams to drive resolution and subsequent verification. Occasionally support on-aircraft functional testing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
•6+ years of experience in aircraft system integration and test, or related field.
•Demonstrated experience leading test operations, including briefing crews, managing anomalies, and making real-time execution decisions.
•Technical understanding of test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, sensors) and how to apply them in a lab and aircraft test environment.
•Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and perform hands-on electrical troubleshooting.
