Service Technician - 2nd Shift - Plainview, NY

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles as part of the service team on 2nd shift. You’ll handle basic and major mechanical issues, perform electrical and mechanical diagnosis, and maintain strong knowledge of high- and low-voltage EV systems. Work through repair order documentation (“The Three C’s”), document customer interactions using a software suite, and collaborate with service advisors and managers while delivering a positive customer experience.
