Job Summary

Design, coordinate, and drive learning and talent development programs to support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability building. Partner with business leaders and HR teams to run training needs analyses, manage onboarding and performance management support, and develop high-potential and mentoring initiatives. Own the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, reporting dashboards, and measure learning effectiveness to recommend improvements. Ensure compliance and manage external training providers.

•Conduct training needs analyses with business leaders and department managers.
•Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, certifications, and development initiatives.
•Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, enrollments, attendance records, and learning documentation.
•Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
•At least 4 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a similar role.
•Saudi Nationals ONLY.
•Experience designing, coordinating, and delivering learning and development programs.
•Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
