Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all employees and visitors can carry out their duties in a safe and effective manner, and that facilities assets, office equipment, furniture and amenities are serviceable and usable.
  • •Respond to a broad range of enquiries for infrastructure assistance requests using workflow systems.
  • •Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure the facility operates efficiently, effectively and remains compliant with regulations.
  • •Liaise with stakeholders and provide project coordination support for building fit-out changes/upgrades and plant & equipment modifications.
  • •Maintain all site documentation including Facility, Security and EHS&W registers, maintenance schedules and site plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional or trade experience.
  • •Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence (required).
  • •Defence Security Officer Course (to be completed within 12 months of commencement).
  • •Fire Warden Training (to be completed within 3 months of commencement).
  • •Provide First Aid – HLTAID011 certification (to be completed within 3 months of commencement).
