Inside Sales

Provide product knowledge and take sales orders for building materials (e.g., drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceiling systems, stucco, tools, and safety items). Build customer relationships at the sales counter and by phone, enter orders in the company computer system, and complete sales orders and cash transactions. Collaborate with Outside Sales and Sales Managers on sales approaches, handle customer objections, and emphasize product and service features.
