Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling across multiple time zones and protecting time blocks for deep work and strategic engagement.
  • •Draft and manage correspondence on the CEO’s behalf and coordinate with internal and external contacts, including investors, board members, advisors, and strategic partners.
  • •Coordinate business meetings and travel itineraries, ensure prep materials are ready for meetings, and capture action items to drive follow-through.
  • •Partner with the Chief of Staff on weekly calendar audits, meeting prep, and priority alignment; maintain shared visibility into scheduling changes and commitments.
  • •Help build the Office of the CEO operating system by identifying high-leverage workflows to automate or augment with AI, prototyping improvements, and documenting repeatable processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfort owning a complex, high-volume CEO calendar and resolving scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication with clarity, conciseness, and a professional tone; able to represent the Office of the CEO credibly.
  • •Experience using AI tools to automate or augment real workflows, with examples of processes you improved and where human judgment is still required.
  • •Exceptional organizational skills and an instinct for prioritization under pressure.
  • •Fluency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern productivity tools; ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
