Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilise mechanical/HVAC design experience to deliver high-quality and cost-effective mechanical design work across projects.
  • •Lead mechanical designs and delivery for major client projects and participate in technical review of projects.
  • •Perform quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings.
  • •Mentor and guide junior engineers within the local and national team.
  • •Collaborate within multi-disciplinary engineering teams and contribute to interdisciplinary review of deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or related degree) with current RPEQ/RPEV and chartership (or working towards).
  • •Ideally 4+ years mechanical design experience for a Building Services consultancy, or significant Senior Engineer mechanical services design experience.
  • •Proven knowledge and experience in a technical design-focused HVAC/mechanical engineering role.
  • •Demonstrable design experience on buildings projects in Australia/NZ.
  • •Client management and the ability to manage project priorities and communicate with stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables.
