Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring effective communication, training and personal development
  • •Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities on site to maximize equipment uptime
  • •Collaborate with other plant services to implement improvements in production methods, equipment performance, safety and product quality
  • •Maintain and enforce Quality standards of the Group related to maintenance
  • •Own the maintenance budget and implement actions to maintain it, while supporting plant reliability improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Ingénieur) and/or training in Industrial Maintenance
  • •Significant experience as Maintenance Manager in an industrial or agro-food company
  • •Proficiency in English to communicate with international counterparts
  • •Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate and align teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Experience overseeing a maintenance team of around twenty people and managing maintenance activities
