Inside Sales Associate

Serve walk-in and phone customers to understand needs, recommend products, and keep the sales process running smoothly. Take and enter sales orders, generate invoices, secure payment or credit authorization, and estimate delivery dates based on vendor schedules. Handle customer questions, complaints, and warranty item disposition, and support receiving, shipping, and basic warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
