Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and animate a local team of technicians, ensuring cohesion and modeling company values.
  • •Ensure internal procedures are disseminated and respected, and run the weekly operational meeting.
  • •Support team development, deliver specific technical trainings, and coach technicians.
  • •Ensure application and respect of the EHS/HSE policy (audits, PPE/EPI, incident/meeting follow-ups) in coordination with the HSE lead.
  • •Oversee local logistics and technical operations: stock tracking, equipment preparation support, oil analysis, waste and refrigerant stock handling per HSE policy, and follow-up of technicians’ hour reports and service/intervention reports with commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Training in HVAC/climate engineering or management (Bac+3).
  • •5 to 10 years of solid technical experience in HVAC (or 2 to 5 years in management).
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of teaching/pedagogy.
  • •Sense of responsibility and confidence in decision-making.
  • •Comfort with IT tools (Excel) and English language.
