Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and support Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions, including provisioning policies, user assignments, images, and Cloud PC lifecycle management.
  • •Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune architectures and endpoint management frameworks, including device compliance, configuration profiles, endpoint security policies, and Conditional Access integrations.
  • •Configure identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, implementing Conditional Access and Zero Trust controls and integrating endpoint compliance with access requirements.
  • •Maintain Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE) with security baselines, device hardening standards, build standards, and support enterprise rollout and evergreen upgrades.
  • •Package and deploy enterprise applications (Win32, MSI, EXE) using PowerShell-based methods, create detection/deployment strategies, and support security/compliance remediation with aligned guidance; produce documentation and runbooks for transition to managed services.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years delivering modern endpoint management and Windows engineering, including Intune deployments and Windows 365 or virtual desktop solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Autopilot deployment.
  • •Experience with endpoint application packaging and deployment (Win32, MSI, EXE) and PowerShell-based deployment/automation.
  • •Experience migrating and transforming workplaces from legacy VDI and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Citrix, VMware VDI, MECM/SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop).
  • •Australian Citizenship required due to client and project requirements; existing security clearance highly regarded.
