Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop CITY (ServiceNow) command IT requirements, including request/incident ticket layouts, workflows, and new ticket tasks.
  • •Perform UAT for applications including CITY (ServiceNow), SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, ISSF, SWAT, Jira, and START.
  • •Create user-facing SharePoint content such as technical directions, processes, troubleshooting steps, and informational guides.
  • •Design dashboards that automate collection of project metrics across areas like inventory, deployed assets, software, services, financials, and accounts.
  • •Translate business requests into functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria; analyze As-Is vs. To-Be workflows and document gaps/dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret (or higher) clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering or Business Process analysis.
  • •Strong written and verbal communications skills for working independently with senior-level clients.
  • •Ability to perform detailed work under minimal supervision while handling complex issues.
  • •Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Business discipline.
