Sales Manager II (Spanish)

Lead a team of Spanish-speaking sales reps to acquire high-capacity local professionals for Thumbtack. You’ll coach and improve the outbound sales process, manage changing campaigns and daily issues, and use learnings from sales conversations plus testing of new data sources to increase pro quality and quantity. Serve as a product expert who can articulate Thumbtack’s value to business professionals, while partnering with Sales Operations on workflow and training needs.
