Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of the China agent partnership growth strategy aligned to regional/global plans.
•Identify, qualify, and develop new agent partnership opportunities across China.
•Build and maintain a structured pipeline and track sales activities and partner information in CRM.
•Support proposal preparation, partner conversations, contract coordination, and onboarding of new partners.
•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, implementation, client success, marketing, operations) to drive partner onboarding, growth, and improved payment experiences.

Key Requirements

•1-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, relationship management, or a related commercial role.
•Strong interest in building a career in sales, partnerships, or business development.
•Clear communication skills in Mandarin and English to engage internal and external stakeholders.
•Proactive, target-driven ownership with strong organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
•Comfort learning quickly, adapting to feedback, and using CRM/sales reporting or structured pipeline management (preferred).
