Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the effective and efficient running of Software Development Scrums with Architects, BAs, Developers, Testers, and other stakeholders to deliver changes prioritized by the change committee.
  • •Design and deliver scalable data platform capabilities (data pipelines, storage, processing frameworks) aligned with architecture and investment objectives.
  • •Lead squad delivery so it understands goals, scope, estimates and burndown charts for each iteration.
  • •Own and prioritise the squad backlog to deliver data ingestion, transformation, and integration features to build reusable enterprise data assets.
  • •Drive data platform enhancements, including automation, performance optimisation, and integration with downstream systems.

  • •Broad experience delivering technical data solutions in large enterprises in a similar role.

  • •Understanding of Data Governance practices and IT delivery implications.
