Key Responsibilities

•Lead the effective and efficient running of Software Development Scrums with Architects, BAs, Developers, Testers, and other stakeholders to deliver changes prioritized by the change committee.
•Design and deliver scalable data platform capabilities (data pipelines, storage, processing frameworks) aligned with architecture and investment objectives.
•Lead squad delivery so it understands goals, scope, estimates and burndown charts for each iteration.
•Own and prioritise the squad backlog to deliver data ingestion, transformation, and integration features to build reusable enterprise data assets.
•Drive data platform enhancements, including automation, performance optimisation, and integration with downstream systems.
