Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end strategy, scope, and delivery of complex system launches across the ANZ region.
  • •Build and manage project plans, timelines, and RAID logs while mitigating risks and dependencies.
  • •Lead gap analyses comparing global tech blueprints against local ANZ requirements and challenge proposals with data.
  • •Own technical readiness workstreams by partnering with local Operations, Global VSM teams, and Global Tech Squads.
  • •Design and execute rollout training, track adoption rates, lead hypercare, and conduct post-launch reviews for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of project management theories, concepts, and launch interdependencies.
