Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the technology roadmap across IBG locations in collaboration with technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners.
  • •Manage front-to-back IT environment delivery and maintenance for the branch, including infrastructure, networking, connectivity, IT and cyber security, and day-to-day issue resolution.
  • •Ensure seamless delivery of regulatory, digitization, and business augmentation technology initiatives, including regulatory submissions through Daksh and E-Brc portals.
  • •Lead Mumbai internal/external audit readiness, remediate findings, and ensure timely closure with audit teams per the action plan.
  • •Oversee branch modernization and shifting, manage Capex/Opex/Tech Opex budgets, and lead vendor management and governance including onboarding and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 17 years in banking technology.
  • •Understand complex application and hardware architecture flows.
  • •Proficient in program management, business analysis, change management, IT risk management, and technical problem resolution.
  • •Experience with user access and system integration for application migration and virtualization projects.
  • •Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including the ability to negotiate agreements.
