Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day media relations, including journalist relationships, story angles, pitches, messaging frameworks, and spokesperson prep.
  • •Develop and execute PR strategies for product launches and company news, partnering with Product Marketing.
  • •Manage agency relationships across the US, EMEA, and APAC using clear priorities, KPIs, and workflows.
  • •Partner with People and leadership on internal communications and employee messaging programs.
  • •Monitor for reputational issues and support crisis communications protocols, while managing executive award submissions, podcast appearances, and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of communications experience, preferably in-house at a B2B tech company and at a PR agency.
  • •Experience translating technical concepts in analytics, data, AI, engineering, or product development into compelling stories.
  • •Strong writing and editing across press releases, media pitches, executive messaging, bylines, internal announcements, and social content.
  • •Proven ability to secure meaningful coverage in top-tier business and tech outlets.
  • •Experience managing external agencies/partners and working cross-functionally, including comfort working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
