Job Summary

Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to support Australian and New Zealand businesses. Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier agreements, advise on procurement and technology initiatives, and support dispute resolution with external counsel. Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks, monitor legal and regulatory developments, and contribute to strategic projects and transactions. Partner closely with business leaders and report to the APAC Regional General Counsel.

•Advise on property, leasing, and operational matters while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks.

•Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
