Job Summary

Coordinate material planning and supply chain execution for the CIWS program’s development and engineering phases. Plan and align material for prototypes, engineering builds, test units, and integration events, while partnering with Engineering on BOM evolution, configuration changes, and long-lead identification. Engage suppliers, track and communicate material status, and support material budgets, EAC updates, forecasting, and follow-on planning to readiness for key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of material strategies, plans, and processes for CIWS development and engineering activities.
•Coordinate material for engineering builds, prototype hardware, test units, and integration events.
•Partner with Engineering to manage BOM evolution, configuration changes, long-lead identification, and early requirements.
•Engage suppliers for development-phase readiness, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
•Track, analyze, and communicate material status while contributing to material budgets, EAC updates, and forecasting.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of experience.
•Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
•Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
•Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
•Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, processes, and tools.
