Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
  • •Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets while ensuring proper stacking and securing of materials.
  • •Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies between warehouse, production, and staging areas.
  • •Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any issues or malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.
  • •Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate placement and retrieval of items.

Key Requirements

  • •High School graduate or equivalent, Education: At least High School graduate or equivalent; Vocational or TESDA certification in forklift operation is an advantage; At least 1–2 years of forklift operation experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting; Licensed/Certified Forklift Operator (valid NCII or equivalent); Knowledge of safe material-handling procedures and warehouse operations; Ability to perform basic equipment checks and preventive maintenance; Strong safety awareness and attention to detail; Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
