Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims within defined guidelines. Confirm and analyze coverage, identify liability exposure, and ensure settlements comply with state regulatory requirements. Use technology and desk adjusting for virtual-first inspections while performing in-person inspections within a locally assigned Memphis territory. Manage complex caseloads, maintain detailed claim files, coordinate with vendors and partners, and support catastrophe (CAT) response as needed.
