Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own the performance management framework for three partner-owned darkstore businesses, including KPIs, scorecards, review cadence, and escalation triggers.
  • •Define the metrics hierarchy from GMV and contribution margin waterfall down to store-level operational drivers.
  • •Standardize reporting definitions across markets to ensure comparable performance reporting.
  • •Set and negotiate annual/quarterly targets with each partner CEO; track performance, flag gaps early, and ensure ownership for closing them.
  • •Own the monthly reporting system (rollout, data quality, reliability) and partner with Finance to reconcile financial and operational data; translate performance into board-ready narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years in performance management, business operations, or management consulting, ideally across multiple markets or a portfolio business.
  • •Strong grasp of unit economics, especially how margin builds from revenue down to store-level profitability.
  • •Experience building and running KPI/reporting frameworks across multiple business units.
  • •Ability to set and negotiate targets with senior stakeholders with analytical rigor and diplomatic communication.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus); fluent English required.
