Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and related applications.
•Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL-style syncs that enable trusted data for GTM, Finance, and People Ops.
•Translate business requirements into scalable, observable, and maintainable integration designs, data mappings, and implementation plans.
•Troubleshoot data sync issues, schema mismatches, API failures, and workflow exceptions across multiple systems.
•Implement error handling, logging, alerting, validation, rollback, and documentation practices for business-critical workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,500 - 200,300 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in integration engineering, software engineering, business systems engineering, or related backend systems work.
•Hands-on iPaaS experience (e.g., Workato) building or maintaining integrations across enterprise SaaS systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Ashby, Marketo, and Snowflake.
•Understanding of modern API patterns and authentication concepts including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
•Ability to write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for transformations, validation, orchestration, or automation logic.
•Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills, including pushing back on solutions that create fragility, governance issues, or tech debt.
