Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business process transformation and support SAP ERP adoption across impacted business functions.
  • •Develop future-state business processes and ensure operational requirements and business continuity are incorporated for future milestones.
  • •Own programme delivery planning and provide business oversight of scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes with the Programme Director and Group IT.
  • •Coordinate business readiness and work with functional stakeholders to ensure requirements, operational impacts, and dependencies are addressed for deployment and go-live.
  • •Lead programme benefits and post-go-live improvements, manage cross-functional dependencies, and lead/manage programme team members and resourcing allocations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation programmes in retail, omnichannel, or similar consumer-focused organizations.
  • •Strong SAP ERP transformation experience, including business impact understanding and adoption requirements.
  • •Demonstrable experience driving transformation and change across complex, cross-functional environments.
  • •Strong understanding of retail functional workstreams (Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Omnichannel, Digital) and how they interact.
  • •Experience operating at senior leadership/Director level within complex transformation programmes, working across business, technology, implementation partners, and vendors.
